What services does Custom Outdoor, LLC offer?

We design and construct in order to create inviting outdoor spaces. If you can dream it, we can likely find a way to do it. While we specialize in custom decks, porches, and pergolas, your custom renovation may include a patio, fire pit, retaining walls, or even a tree house. Our team would be delighted to discuss your ideas so that we can change your outdoor living space dreams into a reality.

I’m not exactly sure how I want to renovate my outdoor space. Can you help?

Absolutely! We’ve had clients send us Pinterest pins and photos of things they like. We’ve had other clients let us design as we would if it were our own outdoor space. Once we know how you want to spend time in your outdoor space, we are happy to discuss options with you and even create visual renderings to give you the look you want within your budget.

What’s the typical cost of a renovation?

Each renovation we do is completely custom to the owner’s wants and needs, so there isn’t exactly a “typical” cost. We are happy to explore design and budget sensitive options with you to create a renovation you’ll love. If you request an estimate, we can provide a ballpark figure of your project and you can decide whether or not we move forward.

What’s the typical timeline of a renovation?

Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all timeline for a renovation. We will work with you to schedule dates for your project once the design is confirmed. Smaller projects may take a few days, while bigger projects may take a full week or two. Since each design is custom, this time frame may be shorter or longer depending on aspects of your renovation. A more specific time for your project will be provided with an estimate.

When should I reach out to start the process?

We usually recommend thinking two seasons ahead! At any given time, we typically have 3-5 months of projects already booked. In some cases, depending on project size, we may be able to squeeze in a renovation sooner. We’ll confirm that your project’s lead time works for you before creating your estimate.
