Working in a customer service field has its pros and cons, but this particular customer was a highlight! To celebrate our completion of his shed, he invited us to drink a beer with him. It was the perfect way to end the work day and build connections in our local community.

the story of BENNY & THE JETS:

We had the best time constructing this shed in our client’s backyard! We were happy to provide her with a place for storing all of her gardening and outdoor equipment. The completion of this mini-house made us just as excited as our client.

the story of SEDONA SWAP

In order to never worry about staining, painting, peeling, rotting, or splintering ever again, this client switched out a lot of their outdoor wood for a composite maintenance-free alternative. We appreciate how using the same color composite on each project creates a cohesive look throughout the exterior of the property.

the story of PERPETUAL PEPPER:

A longtime pepper farmer is in the process of building his dream house. We installed cable railing so that the outdoor living area has unobstructed views of the lakefront property.

the story of CHISEL CHASE:

As a part of the many upgrades the homeowner is doing to modernize their home, we installed new cable railing to enhance this sleek porch.

the story of TWIN TURBOS:

This railing restyle modernized this home’s curb appeal and provides a contemporary touch. As the saying goes - out with the old and in with the new!

the story of THE FARMHOUSE:

This railing restyle made us daydream in true southern style. This updated porch is now perfect for sipping on some lemonade, rocking on a rocking chair, and watching the cows mosey on by … or in this case, the cars drive by.

the story of LADY LIGHTNING:

This renovation was our first experience on a horse farm, which we discovered is a completely different working environment than a backyard. We learned a very quick lesson that the surrounding fences are electric; ouch! Regardless, we are happy to have created this new resting spot for Lady to relax and escape the elements.

the story of LARGE-BACKED BENCH:

Is it a large-backed bench? Is it a privacy structure? Is it a pergola? Is it a cool way to store scrap wood and kids’ toys? How about all of the above! We loved brainstorming and designing this custom, one-of-a-kind backyard request.

the story of I SPY:

We were so happy to help this client surprise his wife when she returned home with a brand new wraparound stoop. The sides of this staircase created the perfect place for displaying their large collection of plants, and the platform finally gave them space to walk outside without falling right out of the door.

Sometimes we receive unique requests that give us an opportunity to practice new skills. This spiral staircase install was a “twist” from our normal builds, but it was fun nevertheless!
