We had a specific plan in mind, and Jacob made it better and also within the budget we wanted to spend. Being an engineer by trade, I am very detail oriented. Not only did the project come out just they way we wanted, Jacob was very good about communication and letting us know daily status. At one point, his local supplier did not have the specific boards he needed in stock, so Jacob drove 2 hours away to the next supplier who had it to keep the project moving. We were very impressed by that.
We wanted a unique, 1 of a kind deck with zero maintenance and that is exactly what we got. Jacob kept every commitment he made, and was honest about all aspects of the build.
