the story of CURIOUS GEORGE:
Every client has different levels of involvement in the construction process. This homeowner was curious about the ins and outs of how his project was being built. Only given a general idea and a style preference, we had full creative reign on this project. And we had SO. MUCH. FUN! We feel honored that the client loved the end result so much that they want to show it off to their friends in a “porch party.” We are grateful that KL & Son Concrete LLC made our stamped concrete vision into a reality.

the story of DOUBLE SCOOP:
Neapolitan was the first project where we used this color combination, and now we’re back for another “scoop.” Complete with Adorn stone, nighttime lighting, and intentional color theme details throughout the project, we were proud to present this space to the client as their new addition to the backyard.

We had the pleasure of working for a lawyer power couple to turn their backyard into a functional space with great appeal (get it?). These clients wanted sky blue ceilings to match their outdoor surroundings. With the addition of their red furniture, it reminds us of the classic local rivalry: UNC vs NC State. It's nice to have a change from the mundane workday. The client's young children had the most fun playing hide-and-seek out the window with us (although we didn't know we were also playing).
